This table shows the yeary population increase of Australia based upon arrivals and departures. There is a clear trend of continual mass population increase. Over the last 10 years (2016 - 2025) there has been an average increase of 228,273 per year.

Caveat: Technically this is actual increase of people in Australia through arrivals as opposed to the governments technical definitions of migration. This would be the service population, the total number of people putting demand on services.
